Ingredients

• 1 cup whole milk
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp black sesame paste
• 3 tbsp clover honey
• 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. Whisk milk, cream, sesame paste, and salt until smooth.
2. Pour into pint, freeze on a level surface for 24 hours.
3. Spin on 'Ice Cream' mode. Add a honey swirl if desired, then re-spin or mix in.
